Big changes are underway!  New ownership and management have initiated development of 1,450 acres of land surrounding the marina, including the construction of the new 18 hole golf course designed by David N. Fleming, designer of the famed Club de Golf Tamarindo. New harbor master's office with showers, laundry facilities, cruiser’s lounge with book and movie exchange, computer hook-ups, wi-fi, and the cruiser's social center with a sunset terrace, super markets, restaurants, and much more.  These facilities will be ready by fall of 2005.

New retail spaces will be opened which will include super markets, restaurants, additional laundry facilities and much more, right at the marina.

By fall 2005 we will have 60 more slips with power for a total of 260 slips.
